At Clarion, we use the same educational approach adopted by the top private schools in the US. Our strategy believes that the foundational skills of literacy, numeracy and sciences are very important for our children, but not enough for them to survive and thrive in a rapidly changing world.
The Clarion School Curriculum is designed to align to the highest level of US Standards including the New York State Common Core + 15. The curriculum is also aligned to the Partnership for 21st Century Learning which ensures that critical competencies and characters traits are supported and developed. A strong STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts and Math) focus runs through the school.
Students graduate with a High School Diploma and can also elect to take IB Diploma Program in Grades 11 and 12.
The curriculum is also compliant with local KHDA requirements including Arabic and Islamic Studies. French emergent will start from Pre-K.
The Clarion learning experience has been created to enable the children to learn deeply, think critically and develop key learning to learn skills so that they can thrive in any environment. Just as importantly, children will learn that the competences and skills sets we empower them with are made even more powerful by the positive contributions they can share with others. Unique to Clarion, our curriculum focuses on the whole student, building not just the qualities needed for success, but also the life and character skills that are important for personal fulfillment.
