Dear Parents and Friends of Clarion,
I hope everyone had a wonderful week.
We extend our heartfelt gratitude to our dedicated parents and school staff for their efforts in decorating the school to mark the beginning of Ramadan.
Ramadan, the ninth month of the Islamic calendar, is upon us. As one of the Five Pillars of Islam, the observance of Ramadan holds deep significance for Muslims worldwide. Lasting twenty-nine to thirty days, from one sighting of the crescent moon to the next, Ramadan is a time of fasting (sawm), prayer (salah), reflection, and community bonding.
Together, let us embrace the spirit of Ramadan and continue to foster a culture of compassion, generosity, and unity within our Clarion family.
Also, as we progress through the month of March, it's essential to keep track of the time remaining in this school year.
Thank you to our parents for their dedication in ensuring our students attend school punctually every morning and are picked up promptly at the end of the day.
Wishing everyone a wonderful weekend, and we eagerly anticipate seeing everyone on Monday, March 18, 2024.
Sincerely,
Larry
