In lieu of International Stress Awareness Day, join us for a wonderful "stress free" evening, the workshop is designed to help you manage stress better.

Join us for a well-being evening to mark International Stress Awareness Day on the 1st November.

The evening will be a series of interactive workshops and presentations that will raise awareness of how we can better manage and support ourselves and others through the day to day pressures and stressors of our lives. So come and join us for some stress-busting tips and relaxation!
