Join us for Face Yoga and learn the basic facial exercises to ensure firmer and more toned face.
Clarion Commons is excited to welcome Isidora Peric, Holistic wellness Yoga Expert and founder of ‘Fit Face’. The resident specialist in facial exercises will teach the basics of ‘face yoga’, and why daily practice can enlarge and strengthen the facial muscles, improve circulation and boost the body’s natural production of important proteins. Isidora will also cover important facial acupressure points that can help alleviate sinus, stress and more. The ancient art of yoga is a great boon to not only your full body but face too!
Guests are recommended to dress comfortably and arrive promptly at 8:45 to get the most out of the session.
