Clarion welcomes Julie Mallon, Certified Sleep Consultant, and Parental Educator, to shed new light on the damage of sleeplessness on children and adults alike.

When a child doesn’t sleep well it can impact on the whole family. More and more research points to how sleep deprivation is linked to a wide range of physical and emotional elements for both a child and their parent.

From Screen time to napping, what can you change today to ensure you and your child are sleeping effectively.

Julie will cover pressing questions like:

– How lack of sleep can impact our children’s performance in school?

– How we do we know if our children are getting sufficient sleep?

– How is screen time impacting both their quantity and quality of sleep?

– How may our day routine enhance or inhibit the best quality of sleep?

– How do we create a flexible yet working bedtime routine?

– How do we help our children with the transition from the crib to the bed or from transitioning from 1 nap to no nap?

– How do we support our children so they fall asleep and most importantly go back to sleep?

– What is science saying about our children’s present-day sleep?

Therefore, the morning promises to be an insightful one that we encourage all parents to attend.

Moreover, the first 3 sign-ups will receive a free, 15-minute consultation on site.
