About Julie

Julie Mallon – Certified Sleep Consultant Parental Educator

Julie is a highly-qualified professional with over 30 years’ experience, having previously being a Health Visitor, Midwife and community nurse in the UK.

Here in the UAE Julie has worked as an educator in the field of maternal support services, delivering classes on antenatal and postnatal care, baby and child development and behavior and parenting.

Julie has also trained as a Certified Sleep Consultant with Kim West and The International Maternity Institute. Building on this, Julie has further studied with the Wonder Weeks Academy, is a certified Baby and Toddler Calm practitioner, and received a qualification in infant mental health from the University of Toronto.

With this experience, Julie places great emphasis on the importance of evidence-based research from qualified academic bodies, whilst consistently working with empathy and passion for those under her care.

Julie is a regular contributor on Dubai Eye, Virgin Radio and has many articles published in many regional newspapers and magazines.
