Clarion Newsletter, July 1, 2022

Dear Clarion Parents,

Today is the last day of school and academic year 2021-2022 and the first day back will be Monday, August 29, for the new academic year 2022-2023.

Today the newsletter is short- I will follow up with a “happy summer!” newsletter next Friday. But today is so busy with…

…teacher pack ups and sign outs

...yearbook signings

…children giving and getting hugs

…fun activities

For example, the Pre K A class with Ms. Geneva were in the teachers room making rice crispy treats….up to their elbows in gooey marshmellowy stuff and food coloring! And they delivered some to me later and even though I know whose grubby little hands were in the mix…I loved all the treats they gave me and ate them all because I am 4x vaccinated and boosted!!!

LOL.

Final Culmination on last Monday:

Grade 3 finished our ‘show week’ a day late! We want to thank the parents for making the effort to be here for the 7th and final show. And to also thank the teachers involved for an amazing job- well done!

Grade 5 Moving (Leveling!) Up Ceremony on Wednesday the 30th:

I want to thank Ms. Joy for the amazing job she and her students did in setting up the Grade 5 ceremony a few days ago.

They did a spectacular job and I am so proud of them (more next week in a special section of the last 2021-2022 school year newsletter!)

Full payment of fees needed for 2021-2022 in order to receive Report Cards:

Report cards have been held for students who have pending payments. If you have ANY doubts about your child's fees being paid in full for this current about to end school year, reach out to Jafar in the accounting office at his email: Jafar S. Mohammed accounts@clarionschool.com

Year Book issuance to each student and staff:

The 2021-2022 Clarion School yearbook has been issued in school. If you did not get one for your child- each child gets one- then we will have them with your child’s name on a list to receive it any time, as we are open in summer – we are here full time all next week- or you can wait till school starts in August.
